Miami Wind Symphony - Inaugural Season, preview concert - Olympia Theater - April 10, 2011

Rodester Brandon is artistic director and conductor of the Miami Wind Symphony, which was founded in 2010. He enjoys a distinguished career as a conductor, bassoonist and educator, currently serving as chairman of music, Theater and Dance department at Miami Dade Colleges's Kendall Campus.

A 1980 graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in Music Education, Mr. Brandon earned a master's degree from the University of Michigan in Bassoon Performance in 1981. Mr. Brandon is a full-time educator since 1981.
